Monday 29th September 9am - Illusion Lab
Seeing is believing in this mind-bending session. Make your own optical illusions to take home, try unusual experiments and see if your mind is playing tricks on you.
Monday 29th September 1pm - Operation Ouch!
IOur bodies are bones in a meat suit! Investigate how your body works. Eww… Gross! Make a mechanical hand, look inside your intestines and many more exciting experiments.
Tuesday 30th September 9am - STEM Zone Survivor
Do you have what it takes to survive? Complete challenges and learn key first aid skills while you rescue your teammates in a fun filled dynamic session
Tuesday 30th September 1pm - The Art of Science
Science is Art? What do you mean? Do science experiments in your quest to create awesome artwork to take home using things such as invisible ink, tie dye & much more!
Wednesday 1st October 9am - I like to move it, move it
Design action-packed solutions to move objects from A to B. Build and race all types of vehicles - cars, boats & rockets!
Wednesday 1st October 1pm - Chemistry Mayhem
Use your inner detective to identify an unknown substance using a range of chemical reactions! Come to this exciting chemistry session full of experiments and find out!
Thursday 2nd October 9am - Lightening Chaser
In this fun and dynamic session, children witness a lightning demonstration along with engaging science experiments to investigate natural wonders.
Thursday 2nd October 1pm - Foodie Heaven
Get your taste buds ready for some delicious experiments! Cooking is Science so lets investigate what happens if you don’t follow the recipe! Get ready for some tasty and perhaps not so tasty treats to take home.
Payment & Cancellations - School Holiday Program (view full Ts&Cs HERE)
▪ Full payment is required at the time of booking online.
▪ STEM Zone reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. All participants will be contacted as soon as possible, and if rescheduling is not possible then a refund will be offered.
▪ If the participant cancels the booking, then due to hire charges, wages, preparation and material costs, your ticket is non-refundable. You MAY transfer your ticket to another holiday session or to another child. Please email hello@stemzone.com.au with any session or name changes should you wish to pass on your ticket. 48 hours notice is required to make a change.
▪ STEM Zone takes no responsibility should you fail to attend an event you have booked for any reason (including illness). No refunds or credits will apply in this instance because the opportunity for another child to attend in your place is not possible.
